I’ve always been a nervous person who easily gets stressed out. I actually suffer from a heart condition called, Atrial Fibrillation where my heart beats very erratically. I have been quite amazed at the stress reduction technique that Dr. Laman taught me. It makes me calm and has dramatically reduced the feelings of stress that I feel.
